Dashboard

The Dashboard is what you land on when you open Admin. It answers three questions in one screen: what happened today, how many AI credits you have left to hand out, and who you invited who hasn't joined yet.

Everything on it is fixed to today. There is no date range here. For any other window, and for the sortable per-user and per-company breakdowns, go to Analytics.

Today

Four tiles across the top, all counting today only:

• Active Users. How many people signed in and did something.
• Lessons Watched. Lessons completed, with total watch time underneath.
• AI Sessions. Chat and voice sessions added together, with a bar and a legend splitting the two.
• AI Minutes. The same split, measured in minutes rather than sessions.

A tile that shows a dash instead of a number has no data yet, either because it is still loading or because nothing has happened today.

View analytics at the bottom of the section opens the full report.

AI credits

Balance is the pool of AI credits your tenant has left to distribute. It is what you have not yet handed out, so it drops as you grant credits to people and rises as you reclaim them.

You cannot top the pool up yourself. When it runs low, contact your Fuel admin, who grants credits into your tenant from the Fuel side.

Granting and reclaiming happen elsewhere:

• One person at a time, from a user's detail page. See Managing users.
• A whole company at once, from a company's detail page. See Managing companies.
• Automatically on signup, through a package's Add AI credits action. See Managing packages.

Credit activity

View activity opens a panel with the full ledger, newest first, twenty rows at a time. Each row shows the amount with a sign in front of it, who it moved between, the date, and a plain description such as "Granted from balance", "Reclaimed to balance", or "Granted to Acme Corp". If whoever made the grant typed a reason, it is appended to the description.

Rows name your balance as Balance, your own grants as Admin, and anything that came into the tenant from Fuel as Fuel admin.

Pending invitations

The count next to the heading is every invitation still waiting to be accepted. Below it are the three oldest, each with the address and how long it has been sitting there.

Tips

• A pending invitation that is weeks old usually means the email never arrived. Revoke it and send a fresh one rather than waiting.
• Check the balance before a big invite batch. If every invitee gets credits from a package, a low pool means the last people through get nothing.
• Today's numbers are thin first thing in the morning. Read the trend on Analytics instead of reacting to a quiet Dashboard.
