Analytics

Analytics shows you how your tenant is learning: who is active, what they are watching, and where engagement is trending. Where the Dashboard is a snapshot of today, Analytics covers any window you choose and lets you sort and drill into it.

Choosing a range

The selector at the top right sets the window for every tab: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, All time, or a custom range you pick yourself. The range follows you as you switch tabs, and it lives in the URL, so a view worth coming back to is a link you can save or share.

The three tabs

• Overview. Four totals for the range: active users, lessons watched with total watch time, and AI sessions and minutes split between chat and voice. Below them, your top users and most-completed lessons, then a breakdown of who used the AI most in each mode.
• Users. Every learner as a sortable row: lessons, AI sessions, chat minutes, voice minutes, and when they were last active. Active only is on by default, so you're looking at people who did something in the range. Turn it off to see everyone. Click a row to open the user.
• Companies. The same columns totalled per company, with the same Active only switch. Click through to the company.

Tips

• Pair analytics with announcements to nudge learners toward content that is underused.
• Analytics is in beta. The metrics and views will keep expanding.
