The Audience section is how you shape who sees what across your tenant. It groups Users, Companies, and Invitations together so you can manage access in one place, along with the packages and promotions that decide what people receive when they arrive.

Tips
- Revoke and re-send invitations that are more than a week old. Emails get lost.
- Use companies to scope who sees what. They're the cleanest way to keep two customers' learners apart.
- Set a default package early. It decides what a signup receives when nothing more specific applies.
