Managing courses

Create, edit, structure, and publish the courses in your library.

Courses are the main unit of learning in Fuel. Each course is a sequence of lessons taught by one or more instructors. From the Content → Courses page in Admin, you can create new courses, edit existing ones, and control what gets published.

Creating a course

  1. Click Add course and fill in the basics: title, description, instructor, and category.
  2. Add lessons in the order you want learners to watch them.
  3. Set the cover image and any tags that help learners find the course.
  4. Toggle published when the course is ready to go live. Drafts stay hidden until then.

Editing a course

Click any course to open its detail page. Re-order lessons by dragging, swap out a cover image, or unpublish to take it down without deleting the work.

Tips

  • A course needs at least one lesson before learners will see it as startable.
  • Use clear, action-oriented titles ("Lead a difficult conversation") over generic ones ("Communication skills").
  • Categories drive your library's filters. Pick the most specific one that fits.
