Managing collections
Curate sets of courses and lessons into themed collections for your learners.
Collections are themed bundles of courses and lessons. Use them to spotlight a topic ("Onboarding essentials," "Q4 leadership push") without having to reorganize the whole library.
Creating a collection
- Click Add collection, then give it a title, description, and cover image.
- Add courses and lessons one at a time. The order you add them is the order learners see. Drag to reorder.
- Publish when you're ready. Collections show up under Browse → Collections in the learner sidebar.
What collections are good for
- Onboarding tracks. A curated path for new hires.
- Themed pushes. Group everything related to a campaign or quarter.
- Manager picks. A handpicked list for a specific team.
Tips
- Keep collections focused: 5 to 12 items is the sweet spot. Longer lists feel daunting.
- A collection can mix courses and individual lessons. Don't force every item to be a full course.
