Grant a package instead of counting credits. Invitations now carry a package, so everything a new person gets arrives as one choice. Leave it unset and the tenant default applies rather than the invite being blocked.

A wizard for building packages. Create a package step by step, preview the actions someone will receive before you save, and jump straight to the new package when you are done.

Enter a promo code when you join. Promo codes now work on the tenant join screen and in account settings, not just through a signup link.

Rebuilt admin navigation. The sidebar groups fewer things more clearly, user and company detail pages moved to tabs you can link directly to, and AI usage now reads as two tiles, sessions and minutes, instead of one combined number.

Billing pages load for admin-granted plans. If your access came from an admin rather than a card, the billing page no longer errors.

The Promotions table no longer hangs after you close the package wizard.

Upload .zip files as resources. Useful for worksheet bundles and anything that travels as a set.

Promotions. Signup links became promotions, with a detail page that shows redemption history, status, and usage. A promo link now works for anyone and is redeemed when they join, instead of being tied to one signup route.

Enter a promo code from account settings, not only at signup.

Choose an orientation when you upload media, so portrait video is no longer letterboxed into a wide frame.

Feature flags can target specific tenants, so something can be turned on for one organization without being on for all of them.

Announcements read better. They lay out as a grid, images are no longer constrained to one shape, and sub-collection carousels have View all buttons that go somewhere sensible.

Links from an AI instructor render as pills rather than raw URLs, and New chat knows which session you are in.

Security and stability. Vulnerable dependencies were upgraded, a class of unsafe redirect was rejected, unauthenticated demo routes were removed, and the flash of broken layout on login and on instructor cards is gone.

Turn a chapter off without deleting it or its lessons.

Thumbnails on resources, so a list of downloads is scannable.

Quick actions are clearer about what each one will do before you pick it, and links an instructor gives you open in a new tab rather than taking you out of the conversation.

The sidebar was tidied: Notifications moved to the top, Search became a nav item, and sections with nothing in them are hidden rather than shown empty.

Bulk actions on content and lessons. Select several rows and act on them once. When a bulk action fails, it now tells you which one and why.

Breadcrumbs across the admin panel, and status badges on collection items.

Changing a member's team or role saves. It was silently reverting.

More context on your profile. An additional context field, for anything about your work that the interests list does not cover.

Drill into a user or a company. Every row in the analytics tables opens a detail page, and any of them exports to PDF.

AI usage, split by mode and metric. Sessions and minutes are reported separately rather than as one number that meant neither.

Collections inside collections. Nest a collection under a parent and navigate the tree from the editor.

Redesigned playlist and collection pages, and a library that sorts alphabetically by default.

Pasting into the rich text editor drops the formatting it came with, instead of importing someone else's styles.

A guided tour, from the sidebar or by adding ?tour=1 to the address.

A home page built for a single instructor. Tenants with one expert get a welcome and a layout shaped around them, instead of a library that looks empty.

The admin sidebar was reorganized, with Collections above Courses and the Fuel admin tools behind a separate view.

A Media page. Upload several files at once, in the background, and sort the library by status or by when it last changed.

Draft and published states, with readiness badges. Course and lesson editors tell you what is still missing before you publish, so nothing goes live half-built.

Tenant admins can manage invitations without going through Fuel.

Resources on courses and lessons. Worksheets and downloads attached to content are now visible to the people taking it.

A help center inside the app, reachable from the header.

Several active announcements can run at once, and rotate on the home page.

The video player offers a retry when it fails, rather than sitting there.

The AI page is now an instructor listing. Browse every instructor available to you from one place. "AI Practice" is called AI Chat.

Watch History replaced Completed Lessons, which is the same information without the pretence that a leaderboard was the point.

Settings and the personalize dialog show the sections that apply to your organization, rather than every section Fuel has.

Dictation no longer repeats what you already said when you pause and resume.
