An analytics dashboard
Engagement over any date range, with drill-downs and PDF export.
Before this, the honest answer to "how is my tenant doing" was a support request. The numbers existed, but nothing in the admin panel put them in front of the person who needed them, which meant every account review started with someone at Fuel pulling figures by hand.
Analytics is now a section of the admin panel. Pick a date range, including all time, and you get engagement across your tenant: active people, what they watched, and how they used the AI instructors. The admin home carries the same tiles scoped to today, so the daily glance does not require going anywhere. Tables filter to active users and companies by default, since a list dominated by accounts that have never signed in describes your invitation history rather than your engagement.
Every row is a way in. Click a user or a company and you get their own page, with the same measures at that scale, and any of those pages exports to PDF for the conversation it is going to be used in. AI usage is reported as two figures, sessions and minutes, rather than one combined number that answered neither question. It is marked Beta, which is a statement about the shape of the reporting rather than the accuracy of it: expect the tiles and groupings to keep moving while it settles.
