Your organization gets its own space

Fuel became multi-tenant, and an organization's space carries its own address, branding, and content.

Fuel was one product with one front door. Every organization using it arrived at the same address, signed in through the same page, and saw a library assembled for everyone. Whose content an organization actually wanted was handled by hiding what they did not, which works for two customers and does not work for twenty.

An organization now has a space of its own, reached at its own address. Sign-in, sign-up, and forgotten-password pages carry your branding, and signup resolves which organization someone is joining from the address they arrived on rather than asking them to know the answer. Admins upload a logo and set the space up from Settings. What people see inside, the library, the home page carousels, the instructors, is the content that belongs to that space.

The parts that only ever made sense for Fuel's own space were scoped to it rather than shown everywhere and explained away. Empty states say something useful to a space that is still being filled, instead of showing the machinery of a catalog that is not there yet. People who belong to more than one space switch between them from the logo menu, which is the case for consultants and for anyone at Fuel who works across accounts, and the switch takes the whole session with it rather than leaving half the page pointing at the space you just left.
