Packages

Everything a person receives when they join, bundled into one thing you attach.

Bringing someone into a tenant used to be several separate acts. You invited them, then granted AI credits, then gave them access to the right courses, then set up a subscription if they needed one. Each step was a different dialog, and nothing recorded that the four belonged together. Onboarding a second person meant remembering what you did for the first, and onboarding a hundred meant hoping you had.

A package is that set of grants, named once and attached from then on. It holds the actions a person receives, who is allowed to receive it, and an optional share link, and it can be marked as the tenant default so anyone joining without a more specific offer still lands somewhere sensible. Because the package is the record, you can look at one and see what a cohort actually got, rather than reconstructing it from a credit ledger.

The other half of the change is promotions. Signup links used to be tied to a single signup route, which made them fragile and hard to account for. A promotion is now a code with a package behind it: it works for anyone who has it, is redeemed at the moment someone joins, and carries a detail page showing redemption history, status, and usage. Someone who is already in the tenant can enter one from account settings, so an upgrade does not require a second account.
